Louisiana Primary Care Consultants Consultant Dr. Richard Sabatier

Richard Sabatier, MD, joined Louisiana Primary Care Consultants in New Orleans as a medical consultant in 2015. His activities in this position involve a wide range of medical assessments, followed by recommendations for treatment and referrals to specialists in areas as diverse as radiology and psychiatry. Over the course of his career in medicine Dr. Richard Sabatier has maintained affiliations with numerous hospitals, including the Dixon Medical Center, East Jefferson General Hospital, Northshore Regional Medical Center, and the Slidell Memorial Hospital and Medical Center.

Dr. Richard Sabatier received his medical degree from the Tulane University School of Medicine in 1973. He subsequently trained at Southern Baptist Hospital and the Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation. He completed his medical training with a chief residency in plastic surgery at the Duke University Medical Center.

He has received a number of professional accolades during his career, including Louisiana Outstanding Physician honors from the Republican National Committee. His professional affiliations, meanwhile, include the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons and the European Society of Craniomaxillofacial Surgeons, to name a few.
